Job Description

- Drive the sales efforts in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region (overseas investors and High Net Worth Individuals) for real estate and property in Japan.
- Gather the market study, market intelligence including information on investment trend and competitors of real estate (residential and/or commercial properties)
- Prepare and take part in pitches and presentations to meet investor's needs and expectations
- Generate sales lead to maximize company profit.
- Explain property details (including location, investment returns, asset value and etc.) to investors. Prepare sales proposal, e.g. pricing.
- Collaborate and work closely with HQ for sales activities, including property site visits, sales proposals, presentations, sales collaterals and etc.
- Involved in overseas business trips when required
- Other ad hoc duties when required.

Job Requirements

- A minimum Diploma/Degree
- Working experience in real estate industry is preferred
- Sales working experience is preferred
- Willing to travel overseas for business purpose when required
- Possess good writing and speaking of English language
- Have a great interest in real estate/investment industry
- Able to work in fast pace environment
- Good team player with positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Meticulous and resourceful

Compensation

- Bonus (January and July), averagely of 6 months per annum
- Opportunity for company overseas trips
- Birthday lunch
- Annual leave of 14 years (could be carry forward to next year)
- On-the job training is provided
- Working hour: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:45pm
- Working location: CBD
